Inside A Session
What a session
looks like
Structured, purposeful, and run by our coaches from the first whistle to the last. Here’s exactly what your athlete will do — and what you’ll see from the sidelines.
The Session Flow
Five phases, every time
Consistency is part of the culture. Every athlete knows the rhythm of a session, so they can focus on getting better.
Warm-Up
Dynamic movement prep and ball-handling activation — loosening the body, lifting the heart rate, and switching minds on before the real work starts.
Development
Focused work on the fundamentals — shooting form, footwork, finishing — broken down and tailored to each level so every drill has a clear purpose.
Application
Athletes take those skills straight into small-group drills, with coaches giving individual cues and live feedback on the spot — never lost in a crowd.
Live Play
Competitive, game-based play where new skills get tested under real pressure — where confidence is earned and good habits become instinct.
Reflect
A proper cool-down and honest coach feedback — what went well today, and the one thing to carry into the next session.
What They Develop
Every part of the game
Sessions are built around the whole player — skills, decisions, and the work ethic that ties it together.
Shooting
Repeatable form, range, and the confidence to let it fly from every spot.
Ball Handling
Control and creativity with both hands, under real defensive pressure.
Footwork & Finishing
Getting downhill, creating space, and finishing through contact at the rim.
Defense
Stance, positioning, and the competitive habits that win possessions.
Game IQ
Reading the play, making the right read, and understanding the why behind it.
Athleticism
Speed, balance, and conditioning to compete hard for a full game.
